A writer, storyteller, and content strategist, I help CEOs and senior executives articulate their vision through compelling content. With nearly a decade of experience in mental health, value-based care, and women’s health, I specialize in translating the technical complexities of clinical innovation into narratives that build trust and connection.
My work is driven by a deep curiosity about the human condition. I love exploring health conditions, barriers to care, and the many systemic challenges that patients and providers navigate on a daily basis. I have interviewed more than 200 subject matter experts on topics such as the biological aspect of substance use disorders, recognizing social drivers as an integral part of primary care, and the evolving policy landscape of reproductive health.
This research-driven background allows me to translate complex topics into clear, relatable stories that resonate with patients, providers, and peers. Whether I am ghostwriting an op-ed, writing a white paper on ICD-10 code expansions, or helping a founder find their voice on LinkedIn, my focus is always on building authentic, meaningful content.
I lead B2B content strategy at Mantra Health, a digital mental health provider, where I manage content development, growth-focused marketing and promotional efforts.
