About Me
I have spent over a decade at the intersection of editorial, marketing, and communications, working with mental health and healthcare brands to build content engines that earn trust, drive engagement, and produce meaningful outcomes. My ultimate goal is to help close the gaps that keep people from living healthier, fuller lives.
My work is rooted in a deep, personal passion for health and mental health. I have interviewed more than 100 subject matter experts on everything from the neuroscience of substance use disorders to the evolving policy landscape of reproductive health. I believe meaningful stories, whether shared through social media channels, in case studies, or during roundtable discussions, have the power to shift perception, create collaboration, and inspire action.
In my current role leading B2B content strategy at a digital mental health company, I have built a go-to-market content function that influenced $17.2M in closed-won pipeline across 85 enterprise deals. I have recruited and managed speakers, forged partnerships with leading mental health organizations, and designed many multi-touch nurture programs and campaigns.
Additionally, I’m a contributing writer and ghostwriter for various healthcare companies, helping CEOs and senior leaders find their voice and connect with readers through compelling narratives. My writing has appeared in Verywell Mind, Psychology Today, Modern Healthcare, Rewire.org, Fast Company, and Forbes, among others.
I maintain a Substack newsletter, Steeped in Wellness, which includes more than a dozen interviews with women's health experts and senior leaders from startups including Kindbody, Oova, Ilant, Millie Clinic, and Hello Alpha, discussing everything from IVF regulations and pelvic floor therapy to postpartum depression.
